Well my friend who was mistreated at the Benbow some time back has cleared us to eat there again. Which is nice because the food is good and friends of ours are performing there. I hope to dine there Thursday night. I'll let you know how it was.

Meanwhile I've had two meals at Patrona's, in two evenings. First I had the worlds best burger again, and it still is. Service a bit spotty, seemed like a busy night with not quite enough wait staff. I almost reduced the tip. Tonight the pork, which was wonderful. Good service, great waitress, good conversation with friends (and we did some legal business too), a very nice Zinfindel and then a good walk back to the Best Western. I can't wait to get home and see how much weight i've lost.
