This picture was taken about 1/2 hour after the first picture in the prior blog entry. I think the fire may have been subsiding even then. I saw fire trucks going there last night, and more Saturday morning.

Update Saturday morning: They seemed to get the fire knocked down within an hour or so of my spotting it - who knows how long it had been burning before I saw it, however. 911 said they were already aware of the fire and had firefighters on the scene. KMUD had a note saying 40-50 acres burned on the Stewart Ranch road. I didn't see any smoke today.
